Renata and David had a home turf advantage on the last one. We were swimming in Brisbane in August. What a crazy place. (Although they say those crazy southerners)
A clue for everyone else, we are North of our last "Where are we now?"
Last night we stayed across the river from a major city and it was very beautiful to open the curtains and have such a lovely view.
I can hear the kids mucking around in the van, so I guess they are up now.

Hi Hutton family, We've been watching your progress. The last photo looks a bit like the Fitzroy river near Rockhampton. Edith's mother & sister are up there and are not well at the moment. Edith may just have to go up & Linda wants to go with her too. We'll have to wait & see. All well here. Oliver & Edith.

ReplyDeleteThe traffic is intense, Those lines of them grey nomads, heading north just past my fence.
Just as ducks fly south for winter, they go north to find the sun, They clean up all our spare fuel, and they rarely stop for fun, They don't care about our New South Wales, they drive and drive their rigs, until they've reached that nothern state, where the sun is twice as big!
I'll show them it's not cricket, I'll prepare an ambush soon, Strain some woolies brand elastic, 'cross the highway like a boom.
They'll never see it comin', as they reverse the previous order, But they'll get reversing practice, all the way to the Queensland border.

I was going to guess at Gympie but it could well be Bundy or Rocky as well - actually I have no real idea!

ReplyDeleteMy guess is Noosa Head - probably way off, but from the photo, sun rising and city on the Eastish side of the river, is why I guessing Noosa Head.
